As an ACE Certified Health Coach and Personal Trainer, I cater to a wide variety of demographics. I have instructed, trained and coached over one thousand clients via private training, group training, and virtually. I have also witnessed first hand some pretty amazing success my clients have had with weight loss transformation, increased self esteem, motivation, confidence, and health improvements that have been life changing.
In addition, over the past 8 years I have worked with several major companies throughout the city in the area of nutrition and fitness. These include: Macy's, Formica, Cincinnati Parks & Recreation, Children's Hospital, Closing The Health Gap, 3CDC, AARP, and several more.
What I have learned is that one-size-does-not-fit-all when it comes to overall wellness and a person's journey to better health. This means that while the healthiest way to eat and exercise may have some things in common, in all actuality there is no one RIGHT way. With this in mind, I take a very strategic approach to designing programs for my clients that bring results.
I am inspired by my clients when they recognize the power of having a plan in place, when they learn about nutrition, how it works for them and then understand how to use that to increase their fitness levels and make permanent lifestyle changes! I love it!

I know that living a healthy lifestyle isn't always easy. Even when you think you know what you need to do to maintain, I understand that life gets in the way of you acting on what you know. I didn't start out as a fit and healthy woman. I've had 4 children and I myself have experienced many challenges in maintaining a balanced healthy lifestyle. This being said, in addition to keeping myself toned and fit, I also care about feeling vital and energetic mentally! I bet you do too!

effective nutrition, and functional health strategies.
