Mon/Tue - 7AM

Wed/Thur - 9AM

WORKOUTS WILL BE LIVE ON FB (Private Group - Fabulous Fitness)  

(you can complete your workouts at any time even if you miss the LIVE sessions as the

recordings will always remain in the group)  Sessions will begin Oct. 18th.

What We Do

 

Our mornings are focused on working out purposefully and with intention! 
Each morning includes different form of stretch, creative energizing workout, and cool down.  And don't forget fun and laughs.  We use our own bodyweight for exercise and modifications will be included for beginners.  You will experience a variety of workouts daily...interval training, strength training, basic yoga stretching and breathing, some TABATA workouts, barre, and even ballet!
