WORKOUTS ARE LIVE ON FB (Private Group) at 7AM MON-WED-FRI.
(workouts can be completed at any time as the recordings remain in the group for forever)
Also included during the 21 Days is Strength Training 3x per week - MON-WED-FRI (7:30am).
What We Do
Our mornings are focused on working out purposefully and with intention!
Each morning includes different form of stretch, creative energizing workout, and cool down. And don't forget fun and laughs. We use our own bodyweight for exercise (except in strength training) and modifications are included. You will experience a variety of workouts daily...interval training, strength training, basic yoga stretching and breathing, some TABATA workouts, barre, and even ballet!
All in 21 minutes! Never a dull moment.
