WORKOUTS ARE LIVE ON FB AT 7AM MON-FRI (you can complete these anytime as the workouts remain in the group for the entire 21 Days.
**I also have a 9AM class on ZOOM. You decide which platform you would like to use or join me for both!
ALL WORKOUT WILL REMAIN ON BOTH PLATFORMS FOR
THE DURATION OF THE 21 DAY SESSION.
What We'll Be Doing
Our mornings will be focused on you working out purposefully and with intention!
Each morning will include a different form of stretch, energizing workout, and cool down. We will use our own bodyweight for exercise and I also include modifications. We will have a variety of workouts...interval training, strength training, basic yoga stretching and breathing, some TABATA workouts, and we will get it done in 21 min.
DO KNOW THIS...These workouts will keep you motivated and focused amidst all of the frenzy.
