What Does A Health Coach Do?
In a nutshell, as a Health Coach, I assist my clients in achieving their health goals, (as varied as they may be), through lifestyle and behavior modifications. Everything from losing 10lbs, de-stressing, gaining energy, to improving nutrition. I listen, mentor, challenge you, inspire you, guide, and will motivate you to cultivate positive health choices.
Face it, most people know what they have to do to be healthy but they just don't do it. A Health Coach assists you in determining the whys and helps to develop strategies for you to overcome these issues.
Together we will work to reach your established health goals. You will develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting changes that will improve your energy, balance, and health!
