Starting October 5th, our group will meet Monday - Thursday at 6PM and Saturday mornings at 9AM for 2 weeks! We will meet at the Seasongood Pavilion in Eden Park for fun, creative, energizing, 45 min strength training workouts!
This is the jumpstart that you need to get you going for the Fall.

THIS PROGRAM IS FOR ALL LEVELS.
Your individual results will depend on how well you incorporate the workouts, how you structure the suggested meals and whether you do the mindset work. So, the more focused you are on following the process, happier you’ll be with your results!
