What We'll Be Doing
Our mornings will be focused on you working out purposefully and with intention!
Each morning will include a different form of stretch, workout, and cool down. We will use our own bodyweight for exercise. We will be doing interval training, strength training, basic yoga stretching and breathing, some TABATA workouts, and we will get it done in 21 min.
