The Accommodation
We are going to replenish our bodies in Amorgos, Greece. Sometimes called the "Fairest of the Greek island". Immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the water’s edge setting. Hidden-away Amorgos, with its secret beaches and untouched timelessness, turning up surprises wherever you look. The Aegialis Hotel, where we will stay to re-charge is the only luxury 5 Star hotel on the island with modern, state of the art luxury features. The first thing one notices when entering the Gulf of Aegiali is the purity of the light in the vivid contrast it creates between the pristine white houses and the intense “Big Blue” of the Aegean.
Aegialis Hotel & Spa is built to offer a combination of traditional Amorgian Hospitality and a tranquil & relaxing ambience, in a simple yet elegant setting. This family owned Hotel will provide us with personalized service from the first to the last moment of our stay.

Getting There
Round trip ground transportation from the Santorini Airport (JTR) to the hotel is included on the first and last day of the trip. Also included are round trip ferry transfer from Santorini to Amorgos.
NOT INCLUDED: Air travel to Santorini, Greece - Assistance with air travel planning is provided.

Deposit: A $350 Non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. Max attendance is 15 so reserve early!
Deposits due by November 15th.
Once your deposit is received you will receive a welcome email to set up a day and time that RJ will contact you to discuss the retreat and answer other questions that you may have prior to setting up a payment plan.
Payment is due in full no later than - July 1st, 2020. Please Email RJ if you would like to set up a auto deduction payment plan.

CANCELLATION POLICY
After December 1st, 2019, any cancellation will result in a total loss of your $350 USD deposit. Any cancellation made between: January 1st, 2020 and March 31st, 2020 will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price. Any cancellation made between: April 1st, 2020 and the trip departure will result in a total loss of funds. Should you have to cancel your attendance, you must advise RJ at: rjfitnesscincy@yahoo.com and receive a written response back from RJ.
RJ reserves the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if so, your funds are refunded in full). Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans.
