The Accommodation

Getting There
Round-trip transportation to and from Faro Airport is included on the first and last day of the trip. The airport is 12 miles from the venue.

The Rooms
Deluxe Rooms Ocean Facing
Located in the Main Building, these rooms have a contemporary and discreet decoration. The view is facing the ocean - with a balcony for you to enjoy a magnificent view. The 32 m2 Deluxe Rooms include a bathroom with shower (walk-in/Rain Shower) and a bathtub. This type of room has a maximum capacity of 2 adults but also king size bed for single person.

Beaches
Visit the traditional Algarve beaches, punctuated by rocky headlands and cliffs, typical of the region. Deposit: A $350 Non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. Max attendance is 15 so reserve early!
Deposits due by October 31st.
Once your deposit is received you will receive a welcome email to set up a day and time that RJ will contact you to discuss the retreat and answer other questions that you may have prior to setting up a payment plan.
Payment is due in full no later than - April 30th. Please Email RJ if you would like to set up a auto deduction payment plan. Your monthly payment will be determined by the amount of your deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY
After December 1st, 2019, any cancellation will result in a total loss of your $350 USD deposit. Any cancellation made between: January 1st, 2020 and March 31st, 2020 will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price. Any cancellation made between: April 1st, 2020 and the trip departure will result in a total loss of funds. Should you have to cancel your attendance, you must advise RJ at: rjfitnesscincy@yahoo.com and receive a written response back from RJ.
RJ reserves the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if so, your funds are refunded in full). Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans.
